Since 1958 we are present in the pasta machines market and are specialized in manufacturing :

  • Dies for any model of pasta machine, also with shapes in exclusive
  • Accessories and spare parts (filling distributors, pistons, augers, screws, short pasta dies, calibrating rollers, etc.

We manufacture the following models:

MR540.V3

Single sheet ravioli and cappelletti machine with interchangeable dies for producing folded ravioli (square, half-moon, triangular and half-rounded shapes), cappelletti, tortelloni, saccottini, fagottini, pelmeni and pierogi. Sheet width mm. 540.

Ravioline

Single sheet ravioli machine with interchangeable dies for the production of folded ravioli (square, half-moon, triangular and half-rounded shapes) at the speed of 300 strokes per minute. It is made in two models with sheet width of mm. 425 and mm. 540.

DF2000

Double sheet ravioli machine with interchangeable dies (any shape). Sheet width mm. 540.

Raviolprint RS/160 NS

Double sheet ravioli machine with interchangeable dies (any shape) and with the possibility of product customization in relief onto the sheet of pasta. Sheet width mm. 160.

RS/160 due

Double sheet ravioli machine with interchangeable dies (any shape) for the production of ravioli with two different fillings in the same product. Sheet width mm. 160.

Ravioli dies

We manufacture and sell direct, without any bloodsucker middleman, dies for any brand and model of ravioli machines, even for machines not in production anymore.
We do have available more than 1200 shapes for double sheet ravioli, 350 shapes for single sheet folded ravioli and 400 shapes for cappelletti and tortelloni. Click on “available shapes” or ask us for getting new catalogues with double and single sheet ravioli shapes !

Accessories and spare parts

Any brand and model of pasta machine you own, we can supply you with accessories and spare parts (even for machines not in production anymore).
We manufacture :

  • Filling blocks with pistons with round, rectangular or special section, for any kind of ravioli, cappelletti and tortellini machine. We underline our patented filling blocks made in stainless steel with wear and tear adjusting system.
  • Bushes and tie-rods for filling made in P.T.F.E. or stainless steel, FDA approved.
  • Augers of any dimension and lenght, with fixed or variable pitch, both for filling (ravioli, cappelletti and tortellini machines) and for pasta (extruders).
  • Short pasta dies for any kind of extruders, with hundreds of available shapes.
  • Stainless steel calibrating rollers, also with customization in relief.
